WHAT DOES YOUR MEMBERSHIP FEE PAY FOR?

The Club component pays for:

  1. Public liability insurance, per swimmer, paid to Swimming NT. You must be a registered swimmer to be covered by insurance.   Click HERE to see our Certificate of Currency.

  2. Club affiliation fee paid by the Club to be a member of Swimming NT. The affiliation fee is dependent on how many registered swimmers the Club has. As we are one of the largest Clubs we pay a greater amount each year.

The combined insurance and affiliation fees for the 2020/2021 season is just over $2621. Membership fees help pay for this.

  3. Other ongoing club expenses, including lane hire fees, are paid for through FUNDRAISING and SPONSORSHIP. Club expenses include (but are not limited to): lane hire at Casuarina Pool for training and Club nights, expenses and up keep of Club House and trophies/prizes for presentation night.
